UEC BMX Commission is in favour to you as organizer as Follow: Holland -Valkenswaard Holland -TBC Norway -Sandnes England –TBC We have 6 weekends for these races: 28/29th of Junn, 5/6th, 12/13th, 19/20th and 26/27th of July and 2nd/3rd of August 2008. Mr Manfred Klein will work out same proposal as for fincial aspects and organisation and UEC Commission as for the rules and Administration. So I would like now to invite you, your delegate or Chef d`equip to meeting At Winterthur CH this Friday 18th of May 2007 at 7 o’clock PM to discus about All this aspects and to determinate (all together) a) Financial part b) Organisation c) Who, when and which date will organise the race d) Any other business Herewith as well I would like to thank you for your bids and collaboration And look forward to see you by the meeting.
