To all Organizer of European BMX Championships 2006

Cc to all UEC BMX Federations

Here with I like to inform you about European Championship 2006, and as well as to make clear some points out of Cahier des Charges for EC 2006.

- As first please note that preliminary Cahier des Charges, which you already sign became valid because (now is finally) we will not have any changes concerning them.

-To avoid problems concerning medical treatment like at Echichens, please note:

-Only riders entered by them national Federation can participate at European Championship 2006 valid for all rounds.

-Each Federation has to assure and with written confirmation give a guarantee that all they

Riders have assurance for medical treatment at all organizers countries.

-You, as organizer have to look and to assure, that this will be accepted by your hospitals.

-As for medical transport; each organizer has to announce by invitation how it will work with medical transport at this region. (We have here different rules by EU)

-Here I will make clear what we mean with all weather BMX Gate (Track).

-Gate and starting position surface have to be sure and NOT slippery by all weather, We propose shark bite or grille for all contacts bikes to surface on the gate. (Like Cheddar)

-Each painting on the truck and concrete surface which can become slippery by rain is forbidden. You (organizer) have to take a contact with member of truck commission;

Mr. Bas de Bever is responsible for Holland and Germany and Mr Laurent Ludevig is responsible for France and Hungary. Control at Cheddar is already done, finally control will be made by Dale Holmes. All tracks have to be accepted by these commission two moths before free practice at Friday of each event.

-Invitation for the races has to be sanded to UEC Administrator Mr René Nicolas 9 weeks before races. He will add Entree Form and when he has OK confirmation from Truck Commission he will forward invitation to all European Federations, UCI and UEC Web Master. Recommended Time Table we will work out with riders contact group and sanded to all federations with first invitation for European Championship. Changes of Timetable is NOT allowed without permission of UEC BMX Commission.

- During European Indoor Championship Finals at Hasellt Be we will organize a meeting with all organizer 2006 to make clear all possible differences. I will inform you about this meeting at January 2006 by e-mail.

Administrator for all European Championship 2006 is Mr René Nicolas.

Appointed Chef Commissars for France, Hungary and Cheddar is Mr Stef Kerkhof Holland, for Germany Mr. Marak Cerny, Czech Republic and for Holland Mr John Cosijnse Holland.

Coordinator for all races of European Championship 2006 is I.Kesic.

Invoice for all fees you have, will be sanded to you app. April 2006 by UEC Secretary.

This has to be paid before fixed time. -When you have any question more, or something is not clear for you, please don’t hesitate sand an e-mail with your question and I will able to make it clear.
